Why can't air conditioning replace dehumidifier?

The main function of the air conditioner is refrigeration and heating. The air conditioner with independent dehumidification function can be dehumidified, but the dehumidification volume is very small, the speed of dehumidification is slow, and the cold air is blown out. The more the dehumidification, the colder it is. In addition, the electronic air conditioner is fixed installation, only in a small area of local dehumidification. More importantly, when the air conditioner dehumidifies independently, it needs to increase several times the load operation, not only the power consumption is large, but also the compressor is damaged. Shorten the life of the machine, so the air conditioner should not replace the dehumidifier.

The air conditioner has dehumidification function, but, because the air conditioner is designed according to the function of adjusting the air temperature, the air volume configuration is large, the evaporation temperature is not very low, therefore, the surface temperature of the evaporator is not very low, the dehumidification capacity is limited.

When the air contact is lower than its dew point temperature, it will condense and achieve dehumidification function, that is, the lower the evaporation temperature, the smaller the air volume, the longer the contact time between the air and the evaporator, the greater the dehumidification.

Due to the large air volume and wind speed of the air conditioner, the contact time between the air and the evaporator is short. At the same time, the water droplets that have condensed on the evaporator may be blown into the room again.

At the same time, due to the high evaporation temperature of the air conditioner design, it also reduces the amount of dehumidification.
