Box manufacturing materials and processes

We use two methods of high-quality square tube or galvanized sheet bending to manufacture the box frame.

After the high-quality square tube is laser welded, the surface is fired, pickled, chemically treated, professionally sprayed with high temperature resistance twice, and baked at high temperature. When used under the correct conditions, the service life can reach more than 10 years.

After the high-quality galvanized sheet is CNC-processed, it is installed and shaped with our specially designed stainless steel fastening screws. The side panels of the box are CNC-cut and fixed on the box by laser welding.
